Researchers analyzed facial metrics from these scans and found significant correlations between specific anatomical features and Insomnia Severity Index scores. This suggests that certain facial structures may contribute to sleep disorders.

Personalized Sound Therapy for Sleep

The study also incorporated customized vibroacoustic resonance therapy using binaural audio stimulation, a form of sound therapy known for its positive effects on sleep and anxiety.
