Sleep Cycle, Dreem Health Partner To Expand Clinical Sleep Care

The sleep tracking app’s over one million users can now connect directly with Dreem Health’s network of sleep specialists for clinical treatment

Sleep tracking is getting a clinical upgrade for the over one million users of the popular app Sleep Cycle.

Dreem Health, a digital sleep clinic powered by Sunrise Group, is partnering with Sleep Cycle to bring the app’s users access to its network of qualified sleep medical providers. Now, individuals will be able to translate data into professional clinical diagnoses and personalized care.

“Millions of people already recognize when something is wrong with their sleep,” said Sleep Cycle CEO Erik Jivmark. “This partnership demonstrates the next step in our medical roadmap and our unique position with upper funnel engagement combined with leading technology to enable a more proactive approach to sleep health.”

Sleep Cycle’s app provides a detailed breakdown of sleep duration, quality, sleep stages and a smart alarm to wake you up during your lightest sleep stage. Integrating Dreem Health into the app provides a step past the data: connecting those who may need clinical guidance with trusted sleep professionals.

For instance, Sleep Cycle users who notice recurring issues, such as poor sleep quality, excessive daytime fatigue or signs of conditions like insomnia or sleep apnea, will be able to connect directly with the Dreem Health network of sleep specialists for clinical insights and treatment. That can help any struggling sleepers to receive earlier detection of potential sleep disorders and personalized care plans.

“Consumer wellness tools are becoming gateways for clinical care,” said Sunrise co-founder and CEO Laurent Martinot. “By integrating with Sleep Cycle, Dreem Health is taking a massive step in its mission to make professional sleep care more accessible and approachable.”
